The Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati
To invest in high-impact, transformational initiatives in the Cincinnati Jewish community
- Strengthen community organizations and the constituents they serve by funding signature operating grants, supporting projects to re-imagine ways to serve the community’s changing needs, and exploring new areas of community support and engagement.
- Deeply understand and elevate the experiences and needs of a broader spectrum of individuals in Jewish Cincinnati, many of whom are not currently involved, but seek greater connection to Jewish life. This is accomplished by building TJF’s professional strength in research and impact assessment and sharing tools, information, and opportunities for learning with community partners.
The Foundation also provides capacity building grants enabling the community’s institutions to meet individual needs efficiently and effectively. Since its founding in 1995, the Foundation has significantly enhanced the cohesiveness and culture of the Cincinnati Jewish community and has invested more than $200 million in a vision to make Cincinnati one of America’s great cities for Jewish life.
